🚀 The 3-Minute Protocol
You can do this with eyes closed or open – while sitting, walking, or during your morning routine. Just don’t rush.
Read it first, so you understand the structure and purpose – this also will ‘prep’ your brain. Then decide on when you are going to do it, you can even give it a dry run now – to get the flow and then do it when you are feeling in need of the reset.
🔁 Step 1: Ground Yourself (30 seconds)
Take a breath. Remind yourself:
“I don’t have to solve everything. I just have to stay aligned.”
If your mind is spinning, let it – but bring your focus gently to your body.
Feel your feet. Drop your shoulders. Let go of performance.
🔍 Step 2: Picture Your Outcome (1 minute)
Visualise a single scene where:
- You’re doing something meaningful toward your goal (writing, presenting, helping)
- You feel energised, calm, and in flow
- You’re receiving positive feedback or impact from others
Anchor into the moment emotionally, not just logically.
🔁 Step 3: Rehearse a Real-World Action (1 minute)
Now zoom into one action you could take today:
- Sending an email
- Having a confident conversation
- Completing something you’ve put off
See yourself doing it calmly and clearly.
If self-doubt creeps in, breathe through it – and keep going.
💕 Step 4: Wrap With Alignment (30 seconds)
Say to yourself:
“I know who I am. I know what I’m building. One step is enough today.”
Then… accept it – don’t dwell on it.
This final stage detaches from outcome and reinforces that your power is in the doing, not the obsessing.
